Custom connectors is a private, single-user MCP server that lets its owner's Claude read and update his own Google Health data, his Google Tasks, and one Google Keep groceries note shared with his household. Only one allow-listed Google account can sign in. Data is fetched on request and never stored or shared; OAuth tokens are kept encrypted on the owner's home server and can be revoked at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
